In Washington State, a divorce is called a "Dissolution of Marriage". A dissolution of marriage can be uncontested (when both parties agree to the terms of the divorce)or contested (when the parties do not agree on the terms of the divorce).

An uncontested dissolution of marriage is a termination of a marriage by agreement. The parties file a joint petition for dissolution with the court, requesting that the court review and approve their separation agreement. The separation agreement resolves all relevant issues such as division of property, allocation of marital debt, and allocation of parental rights and responsibilities. The length of the process is of 90 days from the day of the initial filing with the court.

We offer affordable flat rates for uncontested dissolution of marriage, with or without children.
